The rooms are located between the main building, the 18th century noble residence, and the widespread suites, surrounded by the organic estate. Organic farming is the cornerstone of the terrace restaurant overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. All detergent and edible products are handcrafted. An ethereal place where our roots resurface in the simplicity of nature. Here silence reigns supreme. The infinity pool is set among the olive trees with a view of the Mediterranoe in the distance. Deluxe room

Made in different areas of the garden of the estate, they are ideal for the couple looking for more space for themselves, an enchanting view and corners of intimacy, also thanks to the private and furnished patios or gardens in which to spend relaxing afternoons enjoying nature, the view of the sea and the vineyards of Monaci delle Terre Nere. Some have a floating bed, others have a bed with a colored linen structure, all king size with linen and fine cotton linens. Most of the Deluxe rooms have a romantic fireplace. Bathrooms have organic cotton towels, slippers and bathrobes.

 

Estate Suite

The Summer Suites are bright, romantic rooms with a bathtub in the room. They guarantee comfort thanks to a refined furniture that combines classic and modern furnishing elements and works of art of sure impact. Bedroom and an independent living room with a comfortable sofa bed and fireplace, on the same floor or on different floors, for a holiday lived with the same comforts as at home. Monks Villa

The villa with private garden. The bedroom with a modern four-poster bed is flanked by a living room with fireplace and sofa bed from which a huge window opens onto the estate. 2 Bedroom Villa

The villa consists of two double bedrooms with canopy bed and two living rooms. It has king size beds, also four-poster, with fine linen and cotton linens and a selection of pillows.
The villa has three independent bathrooms, equipped with shower and bathtub, one of which with a large shower and an environment that houses a bathtub for two, recessed flush with the floor, from which it is possible to enjoy a 180 degree view of the surrounding vineyards. . All around, the large private and furnished garden becomes a further environment to stay and enjoy nature, the view of the Mediterranean Sea and the mild climate of Sicily.
